Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: September 17, 2026

dMix Brazil eCourses, operated by Arpex Web LLC, is committed to providing a digital learning environment that is reasonably accessible and usable for learners with disabilities.

We recognize that accessibility is an ongoing responsibility involving content, technology, interface design, documents, multimedia, assessments, and support.

1. Our Accessibility Approach

We seek to design, maintain, and improve the dMix Brazil eCourses platform in a manner that supports access by users with different abilities, assistive technologies, devices, and interaction methods.

Our accessibility efforts may include attention to:

  • readable text and appropriate contrast;
  • clear heading structures;
  • keyboard-accessible navigation where technically supported;
  • meaningful link text;
  • alternative text for relevant images;
  • accessible document structure;
  • reasonable compatibility with screen readers and assistive technologies;
  • understandable forms and labels;
  • scalable text and responsive layouts;
  • captions, transcripts, or alternative formats where appropriate; and
  • reduction of unnecessary visual or interaction barriers.

2. Ongoing Improvement

Accessibility is not a one-time project.

dMix Brazil eCourses may periodically review and improve:

  • website pages;
  • course interfaces;
  • downloadable PDFs;
  • assessments;
  • certificates;
  • images;
  • multimedia;
  • navigation;
  • forms; and
  • other digital learning materials.

Because the platform depends in part on third-party technologies, plugins, payment providers, learning-management systems, embedded content, and external services, some accessibility limitations may be outside our direct control.

Where feasible, we will seek reasonable alternatives.

3. Accessibility Standards

Our objective is to move toward generally recognized digital-accessibility practices, including principles reflected in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) published by the World Wide Web Consortium.

Unless expressly stated following a formal accessibility audit, this Statement should not be interpreted as a representation that every page, course, document, component, or third-party integration currently satisfies every WCAG success criterion or a particular conformance level.

4. Course Materials

Course materials may include text, images, assessments, PDFs, graphics, charts, audio, video, downloadable documents, and other resources.

We seek to make core educational content reasonably accessible and will evaluate material accessibility issues brought to our attention.

Where a learner encounters a barrier that materially prevents access to educational content, we may consider reasonable alternatives such as:

  • an accessible document version;
  • text-based content;
  • alternative formatting;
  • clarification of visual material;
  • transcript or written summary;
  • adjusted delivery of substantially equivalent content; or
  • another reasonable solution appropriate to the circumstances.

5. PDFs and Downloadable Documents

Downloadable documents are part of the dMix Brazil eCourses learning environment.

As documents are created or updated, we seek to improve:

  • text readability;
  • logical heading hierarchy;
  • document structure;
  • link clarity;
  • appropriate use of images;
  • color contrast; and
  • usability with common assistive technologies where reasonably practicable.

Some legacy or third-party documents may not yet meet the same accessibility standard as newly produced materials.

If a document creates a significant accessibility barrier, please contact us.

6. Multimedia

Where courses contain audio or video material, accessibility support may vary according to the nature and source of the material.

Where reasonably appropriate and technically feasible, we may provide captions, transcripts, summaries, supporting text, or other alternatives.

7. Assessments and Learning Activities

Learners who experience an accessibility barrier when completing a quiz, assessment, exercise, or other required learning activity should contact us.

Where reasonably feasible, we will evaluate an alternative method that preserves the educational purpose and integrity of the activity.

Accessibility accommodations do not constitute a violation of the Learning Integrity Policy.

8. Third-Party Services

dMix Brazil eCourses may integrate with third-party services, including payment processors, video providers, learning-management technologies, authentication services, analytics tools, and external websites.

We do not control all accessibility characteristics of third-party services.

Where a third-party component creates a material barrier, we encourage users to contact us so that we can determine whether an alternative method is reasonably available.

9. Accessibility Support

If you encounter difficulty accessing any part of dMix Brazil eCourses, please provide as much information as reasonably possible, including:

  • the page or course involved;
  • the type of content or feature creating the barrier;
  • the device or browser being used, if relevant;
  • the assistive technology being used, if you wish to provide it; and
  • the alternative format or assistance that would be helpful.

Providing information about a disability or assistive technology is voluntary. Please do not send sensitive medical information that is not necessary for us to understand the accessibility issue.

10. Response and Resolution

We will make reasonable efforts to review accessibility reports and determine whether a technical correction, content adjustment, alternative format, or other reasonable solution can be provided.

The appropriate response may depend on:

  • the nature of the barrier;
  • the educational material involved;
  • technical feasibility;
  • available technology;
  • third-party limitations; and
  • the need to preserve the substantive educational purpose of the course.

11. No Retaliation for Accessibility Requests

A learner will not lose legitimate course access, completion status, or certificate eligibility merely because they request reasonable accessibility assistance.

Any course-integrity requirements remain applicable, but reasonable accessibility support is compatible with those requirements.

12. Feedback

Accessibility feedback helps us identify barriers that may not otherwise be apparent.
