Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: September 17, 2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to eligible course purchases made directly through dMix Brazil eCourses, operated by Arpex Web LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

By purchasing a course through dMix Brazil eCourses, you acknowledge that the course is a digital educational service and that access may begin shortly after payment is successfully processed.

1. Standard Refund Eligibility

Unless a specific course offer states otherwise, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days from the original purchase date, provided that:

  • you have not accessed or completed more than 20% of the course content;
  • you have not completed the course;
  • a course completion certificate has not been issued; and
  • there is no evidence of account sharing, unauthorized copying, systematic extraction of course content, fraud, or other material misuse of the platform.

Both the time requirement and the course-usage requirement must be satisfied for a standard discretionary refund.

2. When the Refund Period Begins

The 7-calendar-day refund period begins on the date the original purchase transaction is successfully completed.

Failure to begin the course immediately does not extend the refund period unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed by dMix Brazil eCourses in writing.

3. Course Usage

Course usage may include, where technically available, units opened or completed, assessments attempted, course progress recorded by the learning-management system, certificates generated, and other relevant platform activity.

We may review these records when evaluating refund eligibility.

Opening a course solely to reasonably evaluate its structure does not by itself eliminate refund eligibility. However, substantial consumption of the educational content beyond the threshold stated above may make the purchase ineligible for a standard refund.

4. Completed Courses and Certificates

A standard discretionary refund is not available after:

  • substantial consumption or completion of the course;
  • completion of the course requirements; or
  • issuance of a completion certificate.

This limitation does not apply when a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.

5. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same transaction or charged an incorrect amount, contact us promptly.

Verified duplicate or erroneous charges will be corrected or refunded as appropriate and are not subject to the standard course-consumption limitation.

6. Material Technical Problems

If a material technical problem attributable to the dMix Brazil eCourses platform prevents you from accessing a purchased course, please contact support promptly.

We will first make reasonable efforts to restore access or correct the problem.

If we are unable to provide the purchased course within a reasonable period, we may provide an appropriate remedy, including extended access, replacement access, account correction, or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Temporary interruptions, maintenance periods, individual device incompatibility, local internet problems, or third-party conditions outside our reasonable control do not automatically create refund eligibility.

7. Course Content and Purchase Expectations

Before purchasing, learners are responsible for reviewing the available course description, curriculum, learning objectives, format, access information, language, and other material information provided on the course page.

A refund will not normally be granted solely because:

  • the learner changes their mind after the refund period;
  • the learner does not complete the course;
  • the learner expected a different teaching format where the format was reasonably disclosed;
  • the learner no longer has sufficient time to study;
  • the learner purchased the wrong course despite materially accurate course information being available before purchase; or
  • the learner expected employment, income, promotion, licensing, academic credit, or another outcome that was not expressly guaranteed by dMix Brazil eCourses.

8. Promotional Purchases, Bundles, and Special Offers

Courses purchased through bundles, promotional campaigns, discounted packages, or special offers may be subject to additional terms disclosed before purchase.

Where a refund for a bundle is approved after part of the bundle has been used, the refund may reflect the value of content already accessed, provided that the applicable calculation or limitation was properly disclosed and is permitted by law.

9. Gifts, Transfers, and Third-Party Purchases

Course access is generally personal and non-transferable unless a specific product expressly permits transfer or gifting.

Refund requests should ordinarily be submitted by the original purchaser using the email address associated with the transaction.

10. Payment Processor and Refund Timing

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

After we initiate an approved refund, the time required for the funds to appear depends on the payment processor, card issuer, bank, or financial institution. We do not control processing times after a refund has been transmitted to the applicable payment provider.

11. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact dMix Brazil eCourses before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that legitimate billing, access, or technical issues can be investigated.

Initiating a payment dispute does not expand or reduce any rights available to you under applicable law or payment-network rules.

Where a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, course access may be temporarily suspended while the transaction is reviewed.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of platform access where permitted by law.

12. Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy is intended to waive or restrict any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

Certain transactions, jurisdictions, solicitation methods, or categories of purchasers may be subject to additional mandatory cancellation or refund rights. Where applicable law provides a mandatory right that is greater than the contractual rights described in this Policy, applicable law controls.

13. Refund Abuse

We reserve the right to review patterns of repeated purchases and refund requests that reasonably indicate misuse of the refund process, unauthorized content extraction, account sharing, fraudulent activity, or other abuse.

A legitimate request made in accordance with this Policy will not be denied merely because a customer has previously requested a refund.

14. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact:

[SUPPORT / BILLING EMAIL]

Please include:

  • purchaser name;
  • email address associated with the purchase;
  • course title;
  • order number, if available;
  • purchase date; and
  • a brief explanation of the reason for the request.

Additional information may be requested when reasonably necessary to verify the transaction or investigate a technical or billing issue.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy prospectively as our services, products, payment methods, or legal obligations change.

The policy applicable to an existing purchase will generally be the version presented in connection with that purchase, subject to applicable law.
