Learning Integrity Policy

Learning Integrity Policy

Last Updated: September 17, 2026

This Learning Integrity Policy applies to courses, assessments, quizzes, exercises, certificates, and other learning activities offered through dMix Brazil eCourses, operated by Arpex Web LLC.

The purpose of this Policy is to preserve the reliability of learner progress, assessments, course completion records, and certificates issued through the platform.

1. Learner Responsibility

Learners are expected to complete course activities honestly and to represent their own participation accurately.

Where a course includes quizzes, assessments, exercises, reflections, or other evaluated activities, the learner should complete those activities personally unless collaboration or external assistance is expressly permitted.

2. Personal Accounts

Each learner account is intended for the individual associated with that account.

Learners may not:

  • share account credentials;
  • permit another person to complete course activities on their behalf;
  • impersonate another learner;
  • complete assessments for another person;
  • transfer course access without authorization; or
  • use another person’s account to obtain course credit or a certificate.

3. Assessments and Quizzes

Assessments are designed to evaluate understanding of course material.

Unless otherwise stated, learners may use the educational materials provided within the course for study and review.

Learners may not intentionally manipulate assessment systems, answer records, completion tracking, timing mechanisms, scoring systems, or other platform functionality.

4. Use of Artificial Intelligence and External Tools

Artificial intelligence tools, search engines, external databases, translators, calculators, note-taking systems, and other digital tools may support learning when their use is consistent with the educational purpose of the course.

However, learners remain responsible for their own understanding and participation.

Where an assessment is intended to measure the learner’s independent judgment, analysis, reasoning, reflection, or knowledge, learners should not use artificial intelligence or another person to generate answers in place of their own work unless such assistance is expressly permitted.

Submitting AI-generated or third-party-generated work as evidence of personal understanding may constitute a violation of this Policy when it materially misrepresents the learner’s participation.

5. Reasonable Learning Assistance

This Policy is not intended to prohibit ordinary learning support.

Permitted assistance may include, where appropriate:

  • reviewing course materials;
  • taking personal notes;
  • using dictionaries or translation tools;
  • researching concepts for better understanding;
  • discussing ideas with others;
  • using accessibility technologies;
  • using AI tools for explanation, clarification, or study support; and
  • seeking technical assistance.

The relevant distinction is whether the learner remains genuinely responsible for the learning activity and does not falsely represent someone else’s work or automated output as their own independent performance.

6. Unauthorized Content Sharing

Learners may not distribute assessment questions, answer keys, restricted exercises, proprietary course materials, or other protected educational content in a manner that compromises course integrity or intellectual-property rights.

This includes publishing or distributing protected assessment content through:

  • websites;
  • social-media platforms;
  • forums;
  • shared repositories;
  • messaging groups;
  • file-sharing services;
  • commercial study databases;
  • other learning platforms; or
  • AI-training datasets or knowledge bases.

7. Automated Completion

The use of scripts, bots, macros, automated browsing systems, or other mechanisms designed to simulate course participation, bypass required activities, manipulate progress, or obtain completion status without meaningful learner participation is prohibited.

8. Certificate Integrity

A Certificate of Completion represents that the applicable learner satisfied the course requirements recorded by the platform.

A certificate may be withheld, corrected, suspended, or revoked when there is reasonable evidence that it was obtained through:

  • impersonation;
  • account sharing;
  • fraudulent enrollment;
  • automated completion;
  • assessment manipulation;
  • unauthorized third-party completion;
  • material misrepresentation; or
  • other serious violations of this Policy.

9. Review of Suspected Violations

When reasonable evidence of a significant integrity violation exists, dMix Brazil eCourses may review relevant records, including:

  • login activity;
  • course progress;
  • assessment attempts;
  • completion timestamps;
  • account activity;
  • technical records;
  • certificate history; and
  • other information reasonably related to the suspected violation.

Any review will be conducted in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

10. Responses to Integrity Violations

Depending on the seriousness of the circumstances, responses may include:

  • a warning;
  • requiring an assessment to be repeated;
  • correction of progress records;
  • temporary restriction of course access;
  • withholding a certificate;
  • revocation of a certificate;
  • suspension or termination of platform access; or
  • other reasonable action necessary to preserve platform integrity.

Responses should be proportionate to the nature and severity of the violation.

11. Errors and Technical Irregularities

Technical errors, connectivity failures, accidental duplicate attempts, platform malfunctions, or other good-faith irregularities are not automatically treated as integrity violations.

Learners should contact support when a technical problem materially affects an assessment, course record, or completion status.

12. Instructor and Platform Responsibilities

dMix Brazil eCourses seeks to maintain fair and understandable completion requirements.

Where assessment or completion rules materially affect certification, those requirements should be communicated within the course or related materials.

The platform may update assessment formats, question banks, scoring methods, or technical controls when reasonably necessary to maintain educational quality, security, or integrity.

13. Accessibility

Reasonable accessibility accommodations or assistive technologies do not constitute unauthorized assistance.

Learners who require support in accessing course materials or assessments should contact us so that reasonable alternatives can be evaluated.

14. No Academic Institution Representation

This Policy establishes internal learning-integrity standards for dMix Brazil eCourses.

It does not represent that dMix Brazil eCourses is a university, accredited academic institution, governmental certification body, or professional licensing authority.

15. Relationship to Other Policies

This Policy should be read together with:

  • Terms of Use & Course Purchase Terms;
  • Course Access & Certificate Policy;
  • Educational & Professional Disclaimer;
  • Privacy Policy;
  • Refund & Cancellation Policy; and
  • any course-specific instructions.

Where a specific course establishes additional integrity requirements, those requirements apply to that course.
