This Course Access & Certificate Policy governs access to courses, learning materials, assessments, completion requirements, and certificates provided through dMix Brazil eCourses, operated by Arpex Web LLC, a Florida limited liability company.
This Policy forms part of the terms governing the use and purchase of courses through dMix Brazil eCourses.
1. Course Access
When a course purchase or enrollment is successfully completed, the enrolled learner receives a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the applicable course through the dMix Brazil eCourses learning platform.
Course access is provided only to the individual learner associated with the enrollment unless the course or purchasing arrangement expressly provides otherwise.
Access credentials may not be shared, transferred, sold, sublicensed, or made available to another person.
2. Access Period
Each course may have a defined access period.
Where an access period applies, it will be disclosed on the course page, purchase page, enrollment information, or other course-specific materials.
Course access begins when enrollment is activated unless otherwise stated.
The fact that a learner does not immediately begin or regularly access a course does not automatically extend the applicable access period.
3. Course Availability
dMix Brazil eCourses intends to make purchased courses available during the stated access period.
We may make reasonable modifications to:
- course structure;
- lesson sequencing;
- examples;
- exercises;
- assessments;
- supporting materials;
- delivery technology;
- platform interfaces; or
- course organization.
Such modifications may be made to improve educational quality, maintain technical compatibility, correct errors, reflect relevant developments, or improve learner experience.
We will not intentionally make changes that materially deprive a learner of the educational product reasonably represented at the time of purchase.
4. Course Content
Course content may include, depending on the specific program:
- written lessons;
- frameworks;
- case discussions;
- assessments;
- quizzes;
- exercises;
- downloadable materials;
- reference materials;
- graphics;
- diagrams;
- certificates;
- audio or audiovisual content;
- supplemental documents; and
- other learning resources.
Not every course includes every type of material.
Learners are responsible for reviewing the course description and curriculum before purchasing.
5. Learning Progress
The learning-management system may record information relating to course activity, including:
- units opened or completed;
- course progress;
- assessment attempts;
- quiz results;
- timestamps;
- course completion;
- certificate eligibility; and
- other learning activity.
These records may be used to administer the course, determine completion status, issue certificates, investigate technical issues, evaluate refund eligibility, maintain platform integrity, and provide learner support.
Additional information regarding the collection and use of personal information is available in our Privacy Policy.
6. Completion Requirements
A course is considered completed when the learner satisfies the completion requirements established for that specific course.
Requirements may include:
- completion of required learning units;
- completion of quizzes or assessments;
- achievement of a minimum passing score;
- submission of required exercises;
- completion of a final assessment; or
- other requirements expressly identified in the course.
Completion requirements may differ between courses.
7. Assessments and Passing Scores
Where assessments are included, the applicable passing score, number of attempts, time limits, or other assessment rules may be stated within the course environment.
Learners are responsible for completing assessments honestly and in accordance with applicable course-integrity requirements.
Successful completion of a course does not necessarily require a perfect assessment score unless expressly stated.
Additional requirements governing assessments, independent work, AI use, account sharing, and certificate integrity are described in our Learning Integrity Policy.
8. Certificates of Completion
Certain courses may provide a digital Certificate of Completion.
A certificate may be issued when the learner satisfies the applicable completion requirements recorded by the learning-management system.
Certificates may identify:
- learner name;
- course title;
- completion date;
- issuing platform;
- instructor or educational provider, where applicable;
- certificate identification information; and
- other relevant completion details.
9. Nature of the Certificate
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, certificates issued by dMix Brazil eCourses are Certificates of Completion.
They confirm that the learner completed the applicable course requirements within the dMix Brazil eCourses platform.
They do not constitute:
- an academic degree;
- academic credit;
- university credit;
- governmental certification;
- governmental accreditation;
- professional licensure;
- professional registration;
- authorization to practice a regulated profession;
- continuing professional education credit unless specifically stated; or
- endorsement by a government agency, professional board, university, or regulatory authority.
Learners are responsible for determining whether a certificate satisfies the requirements of an employer, academic institution, licensing authority, professional association, or other third party.
Additional limitations regarding the educational and professional scope of courses and certificates are described in our Educational & Professional Disclaimer.
10. Certificate Accuracy
Learners are responsible for ensuring that their account information, including their name, is accurate before a certificate is generated.
Minor administrative corrections may be made where reasonably appropriate.
We may request verification when a certificate correction materially changes the identity of the learner or other significant information.
11. Certificate Integrity
A certificate may be withheld, corrected, suspended, or revoked when there is reasonable evidence of:
- account sharing;
- impersonation;
- fraudulent enrollment;
- automated or artificial course completion;
- unauthorized assistance on assessments;
- manipulation of course-progress records;
- misuse of platform systems;
- serious violation of learning-integrity requirements; or
- other material violation of the Terms of Use & Course Purchase Terms.
A certificate will not be revoked solely because course content is later updated or replaced.
12. Replacement Certificates
Where technically available, learners may be able to access or regenerate certificates through their account.
If a certificate is unavailable because of a technical problem, learners may contact support.
Replacement or correction requests may require reasonable verification of enrollment and completion records.
13. Expiration of Certificates
Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific course, a Certificate of Completion does not automatically expire.
However, the continued professional relevance of a certificate may change over time because laws, technologies, professional practices, research, regulations, or industry standards may evolve.
A completion certificate documents completion at a specific point in time; it does not represent continuing competency or continuing legal or professional eligibility.
14. Course Updates After Completion
Course materials may be updated after a learner completes a course.
A learner’s original certificate remains evidence of completion of the course as administered at the time of completion.
Access to later course versions, newly added modules, substantially revised editions, or successor courses is not automatically included unless expressly stated.
15. Intellectual Property and Course Materials
Course access does not transfer ownership of course content.
Learners receive only the limited license described in the Terms of Use & Course Purchase Terms and the Copyright & Intellectual Property Notice.
Course materials may not be reproduced, redistributed, resold, published, systematically copied, uploaded to other learning platforms, incorporated into competing educational products, or commercially exploited without authorization.
16. Account Security
Learners are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
If unauthorized access is suspected, the learner should promptly contact dMix Brazil eCourses.
We may temporarily restrict access when reasonably necessary to investigate account-security, fraud, payment, or integrity concerns.
17. Technical Requirements
Learners are responsible for maintaining compatible internet access, devices, browsers, software, and other technology reasonably necessary to access the platform.
We may provide technical guidance but cannot guarantee compatibility with every device, browser version, operating system, network, or third-party configuration.
18. Accessibility and Reasonable Support
We seek to provide a learning environment that is reasonably accessible and usable.
Learners who encounter an accessibility barrier should contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and, where reasonably feasible, provide an alternative means of accessing substantially equivalent educational content.
Additional information is available in our Accessibility Statement.
19. Course Discontinuation
We may discontinue a course for educational, legal, technical, operational, intellectual-property, or business reasons.
Where a paid learner has an active contractual access period, we will make reasonable efforts to preserve access, provide an appropriate alternative, extend access, or provide another remedy consistent with the circumstances and applicable law.
Where a refund may apply, eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
20. No Guarantee of External Recognition
We do not guarantee that an employer, educational institution, licensing authority, governmental body, professional association, immigration authority, credential evaluator, or other third party will recognize or assign a particular value to a dMix Brazil eCourses certificate.
Learners should independently confirm any external credential requirement before relying on a course certificate for a specific purpose.
